Windability Tester

The equipment comprises rugged aluminium frame with a stepper motor and drive mechanism to affix different diameter mandrels. The cable is wound on the mandrel at settable test speed to form a close helix.

The number of turns and rotation speed can be easily varied using touch screen interface.

The device is suitably designed to accommodate multi test standards and offer the convenience to perform different winding tests on 1 machine.
