UL Crush Test

SA ASSOCIATES crush tester comprises a power-driven compression machine with a high precision load cell (10 kN) capable of operating at a test speed of 10 +/- 1 mm/min. It is equipped with two flat steel plates 50 mm wide and a 19 mm solid diameter rod to affix the specimen to test position.

A 24 C DC circuit is provided to monitor the short circuit at load and is recorded on a touch screen interface. The equipment is operated using our compression test software on a Windows 11 PC.
