Hot Set Test (Advance)

SA ASSOCIATES Hot set test apparatus is designed to test cable material according to IEC 60811-507 and technically equivalent standards.

• The oven is specially designed with controlled 3-20 air changes per hour measuring using digital air flow meter and capable for elevated temperature of up to 250 Deg C.
• Motorized sample loading/unloading system to quickly place the samples in position without opening the door.
• Measurements are made through window glass with fine line laser mounted on a height gauge offering highest level of measurement accuracy by means of non-contact measurement.
• Our software automatically calculates the force to be exerted by means of weight on each specimen and measurement reports can be printed out conveniently using Windows PC.
